Select the event comment.reported or the whole Feed group on your endpoint. Filters:

spaceIds: community-level event, always delivered whatever the spaces filter.

itemTypes: post, text, article, photo, video, file, poll, survey, intro, advice, recommendation, help, kudos, ask_offer_help, shared, event, job, service, fundraising.

Handling

Verify x-networked-signature against the raw body before you trust the request.

Answer any 2xx within 10 seconds and process the event afterwards.

Deduplicate on id: retries and resends carry the same id.

Ignore keys and event types you do not handle; keys may be added, never removed or renamed.
